Lynn House Flip

After 3 months of renovations Lynn House was completed, this one was a project! The home was purchased as a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home in Owosso, Michigan. After adding a beautiful 1st floor master bedroom with an ensuite, we transformed this home into an amazing 3 bedroom 2 bath home. When purchased, this was a 1 owner home. We were able to turn this old home into a beautiful new asset for Owosso, Michigan. 

Renovations were completed by the owner of HG Realty, Henry Gillen, who is also a licensed builder in the state of Michigan. Renovation to the home included:
